Malay Mail and its great survey

I was moved to buy the Malay Mail today, though i've sworn not to buy any since they adopted the kodak style masthead. The front page news which excited me was about blogs. (www.mmail.com.my)

66 percent of the the respondents they interviewed question the credibility of blogs as a source of information. Well done Malay Mail.

But i must question the credibility of your survey. What method did you employ in choosing the respondents? Does the opinion of one hundred respondents represent the opinion of the population?

Why bother with 100, when 1 is so much better. Then you can have 100% instead of 66%.

Oh! why are some newspapers so sad?
